Plasma- a 32-bit Operating System Elango S(99C13), Gerald Naveen A(99C17), Iyappan M(99C17).

This project aims at developing a 32-bit operating System. It is to prove that writing an operating system is a difficult task but not an impossible job. Although there are many operating systems available today, writing an operating system helps us to understand and experiment the various features of an operating system. Since the operating system is 32 bit, it runs faster and the performance is also better when compared to real mode operating systems. This project also aims at developing libraries(C) for application programmers, so that they may use those libraries for programming an application on the Plasma Operating System.

The operating system is being developed in Redhat Linux 7.1 using ASM and C++
